- Product Info & Data: Due to the size of our new catalog, we currently don't have a datasheet. Thus, we've included the specifications on the product pages. To access high quality imagery please refer to our Google Drive Folder Link
- Order & Payments: Please submit all customer or stocking orders through the website checkout as the quickest option. For assistance and Full-Truckload orders please send an email to info@chelseamodernfurniture.com. Once the order is confirmed, you will be provided with the credit card authorization form to your account email address on file. Please fill this out, scan it and send it to us. For wire transfer please refer to this document for details.
- Shipping policy: We ship to all continental US - whether you need 1 piece or a truckload, we try to provide the most suitable option for you among LTL, FTL, and pickup.
- Stocking/Customer Orders: We require no minimums to ship in our local warehouse or nationwide areas. LTL/FTL shipments will be delivered to your business address usually within 1-2 weeks. The deliveries don't require an appointment but a signature is required.
- Pickups & Holds: All pickup orders are generally ready the same day for pickup. Payment has to be made before or upon pickup for the order's release. We will hold all pickup orders for 4 business days - after it passes, your order will be canceled.
- Drop-ship: All drop-ship orders have to be paid via credit card. Once the payment is complete, we process and ship the order in 5 business days. Currently, all home deliveries take 3-5 weeks. Two delivery service options include the threshold service (if it's an apartment complex the carrier will drop off to the first dry area, usually the apartment entrance. If it's home it will be a drop-off to the garage, door, or front porch). The next method is white-glove platinum which includes the delivery to the customer's room of choice, debris removal, and assembly of the item. All home deliveries require scheduled appointments and signatures. Once at the delivery terminal, the carrier calls and texts the customer to use the link on the tracking page to schedule it for delivery.
- IMPORTANT: Any changes to shipping method or address must be notified to Chelsea Modern Furniture Wholesale in order to be updated. Service updates, hold, refusals, and customer-related charges will be reflected in the retailer's account.
