Returns

We gladly accept returns on items that are unused and still in their original packaging, as long as the return request is made within 30 days of delivery. We do not charge restocking fees. However, return shipping and handling costs are the buyer’s responsibility. For your convenience, we’ll take care of arranging the carrier to make the return process as smooth as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to help every step of the way.

DAMAGES

In the rare event of damage or manufacturer defects, we take full responsibility and offer either a replacement or partial reimbursement if you choose to keep the item, provided a mutual agreement is reached. We require images of the damage and a detailed explanation of the issue for claims with our carriers. Please note, all shipments are fully insured, ensuring your items are protected throughout the entire delivery process.

CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellations within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, unshipped orders can still be canceled, but are subject to a 3% processing fee, resulting in a 97% refund. If an order is canceled while in transit, the buyer is responsible for both the origin-to-destination and return shipping costs.

IMPORTANT

We do not accept returns for mattresses, pillows or any bedding products. Items that are already taken out the box or unused will be denied for return. 

Return requests will not be accepted for reasons such as color, comfort level, size, fit, or delivery issues caused by the buyer’s actions or misunderstandings.
