Shipping
Our warehouse processes and ships orders nationwide within 1-5 business days, providing tracking details promptly. Once your order is ready for delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment, ensuring you're available to receive your furniture.
Depending on the order size, shipments are handled by our trusted carriers—either in-network LTL trucks or UPS Ground. Your furniture will arrive securely packaged, either on a pallet or in individual boxes. Delivery is to your curbside or threshold, ensuring it reaches you safely. Please note, unpalletizing and moving the furniture into your home will be your responsibility. Rest assured, we take care to ensure a smooth and secure delivery process.
Returns
We gladly accept returns on items that are unused and still in their original packaging, as long as the return request is made within 30 days of delivery. We do not charge restocking fees. However, return shipping and handling costs are the buyer’s responsibility. For your convenience, we’ll take care of arranging the carrier to make the return process as smooth as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to help every step of the way.

DAMAGES
In the rare event of damage or manufacturer defects, we take full responsibility and offer either a replacement or partial reimbursement if you choose to keep the item, provided a mutual agreement is reached. We require images of the damage and a detailed explanation of the issue for claims with our carriers. Please note, all shipments are fully insured, ensuring your items are protected throughout the entire delivery process.
CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, unshipped orders can still be canceled, but are subject to a 3% processing fee, resulting in a 97% refund. If an order is canceled while in transit, the buyer is responsible for both the origin-to-destination and return shipping costs.
IMPORTANT
We do not accept returns for mattresses, pillows or any bedding products. Items that are already taken out the box or unused will be denied for return.
Return requests will not be accepted for reasons such as color, comfort level, size, fit, or delivery issues caused by the buyer’s actions or misunderstandings.

- Return policy - 30 days returns accepted for items in original packaging, customer pays the return shipping, Chelsea Modern Furniture arranges the carrier. Refund is applied within 7-10 business days of return pickup has been confirmed by the carrier tracking.
- Transit damages: Chelsea takes full responsibility and offers free replacement, partial refund or return at no cost to buyer.
- Payment options - major credit card companies accepted via secured payment at checkout (we do not have visibility to credit card information)
- Cancellations - FREE cancellation if requested within 30 minutes, 3% fee if canceled within the first 24 hours. Orders canceled after 24 hours window or carrier pickup scheduled/confirmed subject to 30% fee deducted from the payment total.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason by voiding or issuing a refund to the original payment used by the purchaser.
